- Tap Add Minis to Claude. Claude opens with the name and link already filled in.
- Choose Add (if Claude shows Continue first, choose it, then Add). There's no sign-in and nothing to fill in.
- Back in your Minis, allow it to use Minis if it asks.

Questions
Which Claude plans work?
Minis needs a paid Claude plan: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. The free Claude plan isn't supported.
What does it cost?
Minis is free: setting it up, the starter apps, new starter apps as they arrive, every Minis update and creating your own apps. Building apps, answering questions and scheduled jobs count toward your Claude plan's usage, like any chat. Some apps link to products on Amazon; as an Amazon Associate, Minis earns from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
Where is my data?
In your own copy of Minis on claude.ai, which only you can open unless you share it. Your apps and their data are stored there, in your Claude account. It's completely private: we don't run servers that see your apps or data. If you add the optional Minis connector, it only knows an anonymous Claude user id, your Minis version and your plan: no name, no email. To keep your own copy of your apps, use Settings › Share Minis › Export apps.
How do updates work?
When a new version of Minis is out, your Minis shows "Update available" in Settings. With instant updates turned on (the Minis connector, one tap in Settings), Update installs it in a few seconds; without it, Update asks Claude to bring it in through a chat. Your apps, profiles and data stay as they are.
Does Minis need the Claude app?
No. Minis runs on claude.ai in any modern browser, on a phone or a computer. Sign in to the same Claude account and open your copy. The Claude app works too.
What does Install Minis do?
It opens a Claude chat with the request written out. When you press Send, Claude makes your own private copy of Minis in your Claude account (copied from the Minis master copy) and creates a "Minis jobs" scheduled task, which runs your apps' scheduled jobs (like refreshing prices or news) even when Minis is closed. You can pause or delete that task anytime in Claude's Scheduled tasks.
Do scheduled jobs use my Claude usage?
Yes, like any Claude chat. The Minis jobs task checks once an hour and does real work only when a job is due; otherwise it stops right away.
